Our Youth Program is for young athletes looking to build a strong foundation in fitness to pave their way to the top in their current and future sports. It is designed by the top coaches in the province who know what it takes to be the best in their sport. Based on a Functional Fitness foundation that strengthens movement patterns for life, our young athletes are primed for success in whatever sport they choose to compete in. This program offers the widest range of training, as we believe the adaptation of our youth is so robust.
Starting dry-land training early for young athletes sets them up to develop and reinforce the strength, coordination, speed, power, and mobility needed in their sport. Carving new neuropathways that translate to their respective sports is done by design to get them one step ahead of the pack.
What to expect:
- Technical coaching to keep athletes safe at all times
- A strength program designed to progressively overload the body
- Coach led warm-ups, demonstrations, and planned progressions for a range of energy systems
- 60-minute classes where athletes develop physically and mentally by building their knowledge and understanding of why certain movements are prescribed
- A motivating, fun, and focused environment for athletes to excel
