Our Lifting Program is built with a focus on the development and improvement of Olympic Weightlifting. Through guidance from our certified coaching staff, you will learn the three main lifts of the sport: Snatch, Clean, and Jerk, as well as gain confidence and understanding of the required training methods to develop your skills and body placement.
We place an important emphasis on building the body in both muscle and mobility to create strong, explosive, and mobile members. At TEAMLDN. HYBRID, we believe in providing an environment where our members can build and test their abilities in a healthy but also competitive atmosphere.
Through this program, members can graduate onto our competitive team under the registered weightlifting club; TEAMLDN. Weightlifting. This program provides a safe, fun, and competitive environment to develop local athletes into highly skilled competitors.
