Our CrossFit Program is an official affiliate program under the name TEAMLDN. CrossFit.
In our group classes, we focus on building sound movement and skill within the sport by utilizing the CrossFit methodology. We prioritize our members growth by providing an elevated experience with highly technical coaching in a warm and welcoming community.
This program follows a class structure of a guided warm-up, a technical weightlifting movement, or gymnastics skill, followed by the workout of the day. The beauty of the sport of CrossFit is that every day is different, and not one workout is the same. Members of this program can expect to develop skills in gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, and overall metabolic conditioning. Members will also learn how to properly pace themselves when facing a high-intensity workout, whether it is a 10 minute AMRAP or a 30 minute EMOM.
