Join us for our Canada Day fundraising event in support of Head Coach Lacey's road to the Games from 10am-12pm.
The Backyard CrossFit 'Games' is a tournament made up of multiple fun CrossFit/fitness-style games (this is NOT a CrossFit competition). It costs $20 per team of 4 (teams can be made up of any sex) or $5 for an individual and we will make your team for you. You must register by June 28th.
Come dressed to impress in red and white or anything sport related (jerseys, headbands, etc.). We will also be having a BBQ, along with drinks served by our very own Andrew Fleet from Growing Chefs! Ontario so bring some spare change. All proceeds from this event will go to Lacey.
