This event is a condensed version of the traditional HYROX race, featuring half the distance and repetitions. Competitors will test their strength, endurance, and mental toughness across a series of running and functional fitness stations. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just curious about fitness racing, this event promises a dynamic and supportive environment, bringing the HYROX community together for a day of high-energy competition and fun. The race can be completed as an individual or in a pair. Participants can request a heat time during registration but note; we can have 8 sign ups per heat.
